Y'ALL it is still SO HOT! I know you are tired of me telling you... but I just can not help it! So, I'm thinking about cold things AGAIN! I know many of you are not lucky enough to live here in Texas where it is a comfortable 104 degrees... but I know you love ice cream. One of the BEST things about living in
Texas is Blue Bell Ice Cream. I've eaten other ice cream... but I'm telling you, nothing really compares. So what I want to know is...What is your favorite Ice Cream and Ice Cream Brand?
It would also help to tell us what part of the country you live in. SO... I'll start!

Oh, yes! Blue Bell is our favorite too. Hubs loves moolinium crunch, the boys love cookie crunch and I have a tie: banana pudding and banana split!

We live in Florida. For the past couple of weeks, we've had temps up to 104 also. This week, we're getting some rain, so that is a welcome relief, but ice cream is ALWAYS good!!! Around here, hubby's fave is butter pecan, ds#3's is cookies & cream. I like plain ol' vanilla, but if I can get my hands on Schwans, they have a vanilla with strawberries & chocolate chunk that is delish!

Unfortunately, the only ice cream we can have is homemade (due to allergies). But, growing up, my family LOVED Blue Bunny, and Kemps! We're from the land of 10,000+ lakes. We even eat ice cream in the dead of winter when it's 40 below :)
I just LOVE Breyers Double Churned vanilla ... NOT boring as you might think, :) but reminds me of the frozen custard I had when I was a kid.
My fave is Rocky Road from Baskin & Robbins and Chocolate/Peanut Butter at Baskin & Robbins. Too bad we don't have a B&R in East Texas!

It depends on what I want. I love the Homemade Vanilla for brownies and such. I went through a half gallon of Chocolate Chip PER WEEK in each of my pregnancies. LOL! I also love the Dutch Chocolate with heavy cream poured on top. Hmmmm.....gotta go see what I have.
Blue Bell is good, but HEB Creamy Creations a really close runner up!
